We have a 30‑day return policy—meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Condition of Returns: The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • How to Initiate a Return: Email us at lovelybymariel@gmail.com to start a return. 
  • Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom-made or personalized orders
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unwanted item for a refund and then place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
